đź’— October is Baby Loss Awareness Month đź’—

For many people, pregnancy and baby loss can be one of the most painful experiences they will ever face. Yet it is something that is often difficult to talk about.

Miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal death and pregnancy loss can leave behind grief that doesn’t simply disappear with time. Everyone experiences loss differently, and there is no “right” way to grieve.

Sometimes people may not know what to say to someone who has lost a baby. But you don’t need the perfect words. Simply saying “I’m here for you”, listening without judgement, remembering their baby and allowing them space to grieve can mean so much.

At RiseUpGirl, we believe that nobody should have to face difficult experiences alone. We want to create a safe, compassionate space where women can talk, be listened to and find support when they need it.

This month, we remember the babies who were loved, wanted and cherished, however long they were with us. 🦋

đź’— We remember. We acknowledge. We listen. We support.

If you or someone you know is struggling following pregnancy or baby loss, please reach out to someone you trust or a professional support service. You don’t have to carry your grief alone.
